Our Equipment and Facilities
Teleforce Research Group has over 200 telephones in our call center. Teleforce has just installed a state of the art telephone system giving us the capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with flawless dependability. Our clients can monitor calls in progress, or have the interview digitally recorded and emailed to them or listen to them on the web in streaming audio. The new system also gives us the ability to expand to several times its current size.
Our Experience
Market research is the bulk of our call center business. We collect data through surveys taken directly from respondents all over the United States. While our client list is confidential, we can tell you that Teleforce has done political research for presidents, congressmen, senators, governors, mayors, and politicians at the state and local level for two decades. In addition to political research, Teleforce also fields surveys and collects consumer data for manufacturing companies and retailers that produce and sell everything from soft drinks to furniture to automobiles.
